小编你太杞人忧天了！眉山的商业中心就只有万达算比较成功的，盖丽也还行不过也在走下坡路，现在的盖丽全靠美食在支撑。东坡岛就算了，那里很多商户都在叫苦，现在这么高的人气商家都在喊没生意，想象一下哪天人气不高了这里会不会一瞬间就人去楼空？激情广场负一楼味道城，跟流星一样就辉煌了几个月，估计现在很多爱上海都还不知道这里曾经也是个网红打卡地。还有以后的大宋不夜城，大家看看就好切莫跟风，不管房子商铺还是别的什么，这些都是有钱人玩的游戏，眉山发展好了大家跟着沾光，赔了也不关自己事，若身在局中最后落得一个身不由己那才后悔莫及

政府恨不得把三苏祠都整体搬到新区去，还想打造老城，想多了。
