哪个给你说的不愿意，补贴的实打实的验证后打到你账户，又没有强制要求打折或者优惠多少，而且也算是打了一波广告，不愿意的是少数。只有第一次发券是通知了商家愿意参与的可以报名，后面都是内定根本没通知。至于为啥子，自己去悟……
你这样还不如直接每个 爱上海发几块钱 更实在！我们这些不常用智能手机的人 怎么办？搞都搞不来！我的七大姑八大姨 舅舅 那些6，70岁的老年人根本就没得智能手机，我们那些幼儿园小朋友 小学同学，初中同学，哪个有智能手机？ 既然是惠民，凭什么就一定要智能手机抽奖的方式来发放？那些有关系 有渠道的人会不会提前抽中？ 所以这种方式不可靠 还是直接没人发几块钱更公平 更实在
