15px;'>陈某有10余台挖掘机，价值数百万，平时也在做工地，这段时间以来，受油价上涨等各种影响，一个挖掘机加一次油轻松上千元，他经济比较紧张，这个时候没有告知其家人，也没有通过出售挖掘机、向朋友借钱等方式度过难关，就产生了盗窃柴油供自己挖掘机使用的错误想法。于是，陈某将皮卡车后面改成了一个可以装五六百升的油桶，在今年3月底以来，先后多次在东坡区、彭山区范围的在工地内，采用秘密窃取的手段盗窃大型挖机、铲车内的柴油，盗窃一次就是价值四五千元左右的柴油。</span></p><p
