16px;">2022年11月8日10时许，被告人王某在丹棱县齐乐镇龙鹄村5组丹蒲快速路旁的思蒙河上游冷箐沟河段使用鱼竿钓鱼22尾，之后将农药“甲氰菊酯”倒入河中，用渔网捕捞鱼119尾。当地村民发现后制止并报警，民警随即到达现场抓获王某并扣押其捕捞的渔获物141尾及用于捕鱼的鱼桶2个、鱼竿2根、渔网1个、农药甲氰菊酯6瓶。后经丹棱县农业农村局认定，王某系在禁捕期禁捕区内捕捞水产品，其使用甲氰菊酯捕捞水产品构成毒鱼的行为，其捕捞的渔获物141尾均为鲫鱼，其中使用毒鱼方法捕捞的119尾鲫鱼总重量4.395千克。经丹棱县农业农村局评估，王某非法捕捞水产品的行为造成水生生物资源总损害价值10088元，应以增殖放流价值10088元的鲫鱼（规格约为1两/条，数量约8400尾）对渔业资源损失进行生态修复。</span></p></section></section><section
