0);'>今年6月，观音派出所接群众报警，被诈骗十余万。原来，辖区群众卢某某在当月初，通过某软件认识了一网名叫“李成”的人，双方前期在QQ上日常聊天，逐步发展成网恋关系。就这样两人在网络上互述日常生活趣事，卢某某渐渐沉醉其中，不曾想一场谋划许久的诈骗正在悄悄来临。在一次两人聊天中，李成称自己在国外海上油田工作，现已退休，为了两人以后能有幸福甜美的生活依靠，自己将退休金和工资以现金的方式寄回国内，但被海关扣押，需要花钱打点一下。幻想着以后美好生活的卢某某没有一丝丝怀疑，在李成多次的花言巧语下，陆续为其打款十余万。过了几天，卢某某问其打点情况进展时，一直得不到回复，发现情况不对时询问了亲朋，得知是电信诈骗，于是才报了警。</span></p></section><section
