font-size: 15px; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;'><span style='outline: 0px;font-size: 16px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>收到协助函后，丹棱县法院高度重视，执行局领导亲自带队与定结县法院干警一起前往被执行人法定代表人住所进行拘留。两地法院干警找到被执行人法定代表人王某某后，发现其是一个70多岁的农村老农民，定结县法院干警拟对其宣读拘留决定时，王某某才知道“出事了”。原来，王某某的亲戚严某称需借用一下身份证，老人便把其身份证拿给了严某，殊不知严某用王某某的身份证到成都注册了一家公司，并以该公司的名义承包了相关建筑工程。王某某现在才知道自己名下注册有公司，且还因公司未履行生效法律文书确定的债务而对自己采取了限制高消费措施。得知该情况后，法官现场对王某某进行了普法教育，并叮嘱其保护好自己的身份信息。王某某得知事情的严重性后及时联系了其亲戚严某（该公司的实际控制人）。严某告知法官公司在西藏还有一辆车可以去扣押，在西藏还有其他债权可以去冻结，只希望不要对王某某进行拘留。考虑到王某某的实际情况，定结县法院暂时未对王某某采取拘留措施。</span></p></section></section></section><p style='outline: 0px;
