15px;'>仁寿县法律援助中心指派了四川陵州律师事务所的辜浩律师承办此案。辜浩律师接到指派后，迅速行动，及时联系左某了解相关信息。他详细告知了左某相关的权利义务以及本案可能存在的风险，并向他解释了办案流程。为了确保案件的顺利进行，辜律师和援助中心工作人员还及时了解了项目工地的情况，确定了被告，并前往仁寿县政务服务中心调查取证。</span></p><p style='line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 15px;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>在了解案件办理情况时，援助中心工作人员发现，左某试图与公司达成<span style='color: rgb(172, 29, 16);'><strong>3万元</strong></span>的和解协议来解决此次工伤赔偿问题。然而，援助中心工作人员和辜浩律师认为，通过工伤赔偿途径更能保障左某的权益。于是，他们积极做左某的思想工作，让他坚持走工伤赔偿途径。</span></p><p style='line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 15px;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>经过前期的充分准备工作，辜浩律师将本案的相关立案材料准备就绪，并向仁寿县劳动人事争议仲裁委员会提起了确认劳动关系仲裁。仲裁委员会受理该案后，于2023年11月7日进行了开庭审理。在开庭审理时，公司对左某在工作时受伤的事实无异议，在仁寿县劳动人事争议仲裁委员会和辜浩律师的调解下，左某与公司最终达成了和解，公司同意为左某办理工伤认定申请，而左某也撤回了对公司的仲裁。</span></p><p style='line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 15px;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>经过这次法律援助，左某的工伤问题得到了圆满解决。他被认定为<strong><span style='color: rgb(172, 29, 16);'>工伤九级</span></strong>，并获得了相应的工伤赔偿<strong><span
