red;'>共享部门证书数据，运用大数据分析手段对假冒证书进行比对筛查，及时发现假证问题线索。综合运用联合执法、专项执法、明察暗访、异地交叉检查等方式，对相关企业安全生产许可证、三类“安管”人员、特种作业人员、特种设备安全管理和作业人员持证上岗情况进行执法检查，严厉打击无证施工、借用冒用盗用他人证照骗取安全生产许可证、无证或持假证上岗以及挂证等违法违规行为，依法对用工企业进行处罚。对培训考试机构的检查，要采取调看监控视频、学员电话回访、核对培训考试档案等方式，对不满足基本条件的，依法依规处罚和责令停业整改，整改合格后方可从事培训考试工作，坚决清除一批培训考试弄虚作假的培训考试机构。对涉嫌犯罪的制假售假案件，要深挖背后的问题线索并按照相关规定移送公安机关，协助配合司法机关严厉打击违</span><span
